Installing Headlights on a 2nd Gen Tacoma (2005–2015)

The 3rd Gen requires more disassembly than the 2nd Gen. Use a trim tool to remove two clips on each side of the grille and two 10mm bolts from the center. Disconnect the sensor connector at the top of the grille by squeezing the tabs gently with pliers—it is fragile and easy to break.
